摘要: Abstract Acetylcholinesterase activity has been demonstrated biochemically and cytochemically in developing chick embryo skeletal muscle cells growing culture. The enzyme shows the same pattern of drug sensitivity as that adult acetylcholinesterase present cultured myogenic before time cell fusion, formation myotubes, subsequent increase rate myosin synthesis. Myogenic fusion is accompanied, however, by a large acetylcholinesterase. restricted these cultures to cells. Neighboring fibroblasts show no cytochemical responses when challenged with techniques showing intense myoblasts myotubes. In addition, evidence presented which strongly suggests dividing not constant over cycle.
