摘要: The SULT1A1 R213H polymorphism is suggested to be implicated in the development and progression of breast cancer. However, published findings are inconsistent. We therefore performed a meta-analysis 8,454 cancer cases 11,800 controls from 14 case–control studies. used odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) assess strength association risk. Overall, our results that there no significant relationship between risk further ethnic population analysis revealed significantly increased for HH allele carriers among Asians (for vs. RR: OR = 2.27, CI 1.11–4.63, Pheterogeneity 0.63; recessive model: 2.03, 1.00–4.41, 0.62). Taken together, this suggests may low-penetrant factor developing Asian population.
