摘要: The aim of the study was to explain effects betaine and sepiolite in diets on performance, carcass characteristics, some blood parameters intestinal health broilers. A total 192 daily Ross 308 male broiler chicks were divided into one control group three experiment groups each containing 48 chicks. Betaine added as top dressed experimental at level 0.15% (1st group), 1.5% (2nd group) + (3rd group). Sepiolite not diet group. period 6 weeks. No differences observed body weight, overall weight gain, feed intake, conversion ratio, yield relative weights gizzard, heart, liver, spleen bursa Fabricius among groups. abdominal fat decreased with usage. Supplemental increased percentage kidney weight. Dietary supplementation had positive histomorphology characteristics. serum triglyceride reduced inclusion diet. Albumin, cholesterol, protein, uric acid, AST, ALP ALT levels affected by without supplement. Blood IgG dietary sepiolite. It is concluded that usage broilers can be useful field due having improvements immunity.
