摘要: Two studies were conducted to examine discrepancies in the evaluation of men and women regarding performance organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). In Study 1, base-rate differences perceived frequency value behaviors performed by males females investigated. A gender job type interaction was found indicating that engage OCB more frequently than gender-neutral male-typed jobs.
