摘要: Neonatal brain injury remains a common cause of developmental disability, despite tremendously enhanced obstetrical and neonatal care. The timing occurs throughout gestation, labor, delivery, providing an evolving form moving target for therapeutic intervention. Nonetheless, markedly improved methods are available to identify those infants injured at birth, via clinical presentation with encephalopathy neuroimaging techniques. Postischemic hypothermia has been shown be tremendous promise in several completed ongoing trials. As part this approach the treatment newborn, other parameters physiologic homeostasis can should attended to, strong animal evidence that their correction will have dramatic influence on outcome newborn infant. This review addresses aspects care which we direct our attention currently, result safe efficacious improvement prognosis encephalopathy.
