摘要: Abstract The pulsed neutron diffraction and reverse Monte Carlo (RMC) modelling methods were used to investigate the structure of GeS 2 glass. high-resolution real-space data shows that there is a negligible amount chemical disorder in RMC was done by fitting total factor with constraints for edge- corner-sharing tetrahedral configurations as well nearest neighbour coordination numbers. Two different models (two-dimensional layer network three-dimensional random network) examined both reproduced experimental data.
