The major may be described shifting from: looking at leaders individuals to teams taking leadership roles; top executives co-workers combining both a commonly construed view; integrating soft factors financial aspects into more complex understanding business; expanding scope from companies environment fit value chains industries surrounding societies cultures; orientation past actively creating shaping future.
