摘要: Publisher Summary During the past 5 years, picture of microtubule (MT) cytoskeleton amphibian oocytes has changed dramatically, due in large part to refinements techniques for preserving and visualizing oocyte cytoskeleton. Individual MTs are first identified cortex Xenopus samples prepared by rapid freezing. Subsequently, whole-mount immunocytochemistry confocal immunofluorescence microscopy revealed an extensive network extending throughout cytoplasm from both X. laevis Rana pipiens . In addition, these have that dramatic changes MT assembly, organization, dynamics accompany distinct stages differentiation, maturation, early embryonic development.
