摘要: The localization of surfactant apoprotein (SAP) and the Clara cell antigen(s) (CCA) was studied in naturally occurring experimentally induced pulmonary hyperplasias neoplasms by avidin-biotin peroxidase complex (ABC) immunocytochemistry. Lungs B6C3F1 A strain mice with lesions, given injections N-nitrosodiethylamine (DEN), BALB/c nu/nu or nu/+ exposed transplacentally on Day 16 gestation to ethylnitrosourea (ENU), ENU at 8-12 weeks age were preserved formalin Bouin's fixative. After ABC immunocytochemistry, SAP found cytoplasm normal alveolar Type II cells; majority cells focal solid originating peribronchiolar peripheral locations; solid, tubular, papillary, mixed adenomas carcinomas. larger mixed-pattern small large tubular usually had least number SAP. papillary carcinomas untreated contained nuclei many neoplastic but only a few cells. CCA bronchi bronchioles not any hyperplastic lesion mouse studied. This study provided immunocytochemical evidence that vast are
