摘要: Abstract This study aimed to measure the contribution of autosomal and X chromosome phenotypic variation growth traits including birth weight (BW), weaning (WW) 6-month (W6) pre- post-weaning average daily gains (ADGa, ADGb), body measurements length (BL), height at wither (HW), back (HB), heart girth (HG) scrotal circumference (SC) as well efficiency related Kleiber ratio (KRa, KRb), (EFa, EFb) relative rate (RGRa, RGRb) in Makooei sheep. To this end, REML procedure fitting a series 4 uni-variate animal models various combinations autosomal, X-linked maternal effects were fitted estimate variance components corresponding genetic parameters. Bi-variate analyses also applied (co)variances between traits. Estimates heritability ( h 2 ) for ranged from 0.09 (ADGb) 0.29 (BW). For measurements, was range 0.01 (HW) 0.42 it 0.08 (KRb 0.13 (KRa). Except other studied affected by effects. The loci emerged after way that gain efficiency-related measured during phase, estimates s comparable 0.04 (KRb) 0.07 (EFb). highest observed animals 0.12 0.13, much higher than 0.04, respectively. correlation 0.05 (EFb-HW) 0.99 (HW-HB). X-liked 0.16 (RGRb-ADGb) (HW-HB) which showed part (co)variance originated activity on chromosome. breeding values excluding decreased increased. lowest 0.85 indicating importance evaluation. It concluded order increase accuracy evaluation, separating is necessary especially strongly loci.
