摘要: Mit einer durch uns entwickelten Methode zur Bestimmung kollagenolytischer Aktivitaten in Geweben und Serum untersuchten wir Normalpersonen verschiedenen Alters. In der Altersgruppe von 31–40 Jahren zeigt die Aktivitat ein Maximum. weiter ansteigendem Alter fallt entsprechend dem absinkenden Kollagen-turnover kollagenolytische ab.
