摘要: CdSe nanoparticles were prepared by reverse micelle technique. Optical absorption and luminescence studies carried out for samples different water to surfactant ratio. The characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), UV–vis photoluminescence (PL) spectra. XRD analysis showed that the starch capped of hexagonal structure, average particle size was calculated be about 3 nm according Debye–Scherer equation. Transmission microscopy (TEM) shows formation nanowire NPs synthesized at ratio 10.
