摘要: The Mediterranean fruit fly Ceratitis capitata is one of the most important insect pest species in world. It has a high colonization capacity and population variety, giving it considerable genetic diversity. Strategies for its control have included sterile technique growth regulators. Many studies analyzed medfly transcriptome, along with genome sequence, sequences multiple genes related to sex determination, mating, development, pheromone detection, immunity, or stress been identified. In this study, CCE/CC128 cell line was used assess variation changes expression covering different functions, after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) juvenile hormone III (JHIII) treatments. No significant effects on gene were observed cells treated LPS. JHIII, results showed growth, an overexpression found Shade gene, Halloween members cytochrome p450 family, which involved development synthesis 20-hydroxyecdysone. This study shows preliminary combination whole-genome sequencing, can facilitate regarding toxicity, transcriptome regulations as response compounds environmental alterations.
