摘要: Abstract Efficient heteronuclear decoupling is essential to obtain high-resolution NMR spectra of organic and biological solids containing protons low-gamma nuclei such as carbon-13. All modern sequences employ pulse lengths that are optimized for a given radio-frequency ( rf ) power. However, there an unavoidable distribution field amplitudes across the volume sample. Inevitably, effect manifests itself fully packed rotors during any irradiation. In this study we present detailed analysis inherent inhomogeneity on by low-power phase-inverted supercycled sequence attenuation rotary resonance (PISSARRO). This reveals potential further improvements its efficiency.
