Method of deriving polystyrene and polyolefin plastics composite from recycled plastics

摘要: Polystyrene having a high storage modulus is blended with polyolefin, and the blend converted to mixed melt which caused flow then cooled solidified form substantially solid two phase composite. The polystyrene provides particularly good results. Especially properties are achieved at about 35% by weight. Either or both components may be recycled materials incorporate minor amounts of other plastics as contaminants.
