摘要: Vagal influence on inspiratory motor output was assessed in 20 normal subjects and 12 patients with respiratory disorders under enflurane anethesia using the method of airway occlusion. The change duration during occlusion (delta TI) measured from mechanical parameters (respiratory flow tracheal pressure). In eight subjects, however, effect augmentation tidal volume further evaluated diaphragmatic electromyogram. delta TI (mechanical) averaged 0.15 s (range -0.1 to +0.77 s) correlated inspiration Electromyographic observations indicated that neural exceeds by approximately 0.2 shortens no apparent threshold. There a tendency for vagal be higher restrictive lung disease lower obstructive disease. These indicate majority humans display significant spontaneous range anesthesia.
