摘要: This study examines sources of individual variation in child vocabulary competence the context a multivariate developmental ecological model. Maternal sociodemographic characteristics, personological and vocabulary, as well gender, social competence, were evaluated simultaneously 126 children aged 1;8 their mothers. Measures included two measures each spontaneous speech, experimenter assessments, maternal reports. measures, from proximal to distal, verbal intelligence, personality, attitudes toward parenting, knowledge SES. Structural equation modelling supported several direct unique predictive relations: gender (girls higher) parenting predicted mothers' comprehension mother-reported expression.
