摘要: Abstract Objectives To evaluate the added value of isolated core postural control training on knee pain and function in women with patellofemoral syndrome (PFPS). Design Randomized controlled trial. Setting Rehabilitation sciences research center. Participants Women (N=33) between 18 30 years age PFPS were randomly assigned to a group (n=16) or experimental (n=17). Interventions both groups received same stretching strengthening exercises during 4 weeks (12 sessions 3 days per week). The also an unstable seat apparatus. Main Outcome Measures Center pressure (CoP) trajectories sitting control, intensity, recorded before after 4-week intervention period. Functional capacity intensity reassessed months intervention. Results After treatment, had significant improvements pain, (P Conclusions Adding physiotherapy was associated significantly greater function, CoP than alone. Therefore, is potentially useful enhance rehabilitation management patients PFPS.
