摘要: In this study, we isolated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) from rhizosphere of Populus euphratica, naturally occurred in Tarim River Basin. We found morphologically similar few AMF spores P. euphratica under drought stress. The average spore densities were 53/50 and 32/50 g air dried soil mature seedling respectively. simple Glomus mosseae nature, identified by traditional morphological methods molecular techniques. G. fungal formed mainly three different types: alone the soil, inside roots or sporangium. hypha was single funnel-shaped at site attachment. By optical microscopic observation, vesicular structures demonstrated a formation tree. analysis data showed that symbiont established associated with root. Moreover, colonization rate infection intensity not significant high. Specifically, frequency (F%) (M%) 8.45%, 2.9% for mature, 8.62%, 0.3% young seedlings Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
