摘要: Die spontane multiple Koronararteriendissektion stellt eine seltene klinische Entitat dar, deren genaue Atiologie noch als ungeklart gilt. Wir berichten den Fall einer spontanen multiplen Koronararteriendissektion, vermutlich auf der Grundlage kombinierten transdermalen Hormontherapie, bei postmenopausalen Patientin, die mittels operativer Myokardrevaskularisation behandelt wurde, und beschreiben aktuellen Erkenntnisse hinsichtlich Pathogenese Therapie dieser, in meisten Fallen letal verlaufenden Erkrankung.
