Paradigms for intelligent decision support

摘要: Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) are providing powerful new computational tools that greatly expand the potential to support cognitive activities complex work environments (e.g., monitoring, planning, fault management, problem solving). The application of these tools, however, creates challenges about how “couple” human and machine power a single integrated system maximizes joint performance. This paper examines some important issues use tasks, such as what is useful advice an effective combination multiple decision makers, raised by capability produce powerful, intelligent systems.
