摘要: The present invention is directed to the field of animal and human health, more particularly pharmacological uses analogs or mutants interferon-tau (IFN-τ) that differ from native IFN-τ because substitutions amino acids near terminus molecule impart improved biological activity. described in this disclosure have low toxicity, retain same slightly reduced antiviral activity compared with highly effective IFN-alpha, enhanced antiproliferative IFN-tau, making them useful treating viral infections, cancer, immune system diseases including autoimmune diseases. also a method for novel recombinant proteins, especially interferons, interleukins, cytokines, polypeptide hormones other biopharmaceuticals over known proteins and/or lower toxicity increased stability.
