摘要: A total of 112 endurance athletes, divided in three groups according to their age, were selected considered this study. Thirtythree randomly subjects (11 per each age group) both laboratory--and field--tested for anaerobic threshold (AT) determination. The running speed (RS) and heart rate (HR) at which AT occurred highly correlated the two conditions, with R ranging from 0.82 0.90, highest correlation oldest group. All athletes participated a series competition races various distances, between RS actual racing was calculated. It found that is distances 5 km above, 10 race 12-18 years 19-30 groups, one hour Shorter (e.g. 800 m) did not show significant AT, particularly evident group (R = 0.30).
