摘要: Abstract Angiogenin is a potent angiogenic molecule in the chick chorioallantoic membrane assay and rabbit corneal assay. However, no activity has been reported vitro system. In this study,we isolated purified angiogenin from bovine milk, biological effect of on endothelial cells was examined angiogenesis models. Bovine significantly stimulated both cell migration formation tube-like structures collagen gel by aortic cells. at 10-100 ng/ml about 2-fold higher tube when basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) 10 3-fold over control. Tubular morphogenesis bFGF or almost completely blocked presence aprotinin, an inhibitor serine proteases. upregulated mRNA level urokinase type plasminogen activator, key mediator angiogenesis. Moreover, induced marked increase c-fos 30 min after stimulation. These novel effects are to be discussed relation its structure specificity.
