摘要: In order to analyze the abundance and distribution of mites in lizard Liolaemus pictus its relationship with body size sex host, 835 from 134 specimens L. captured central Chile —Araucania Region Los Lagos, including Chiloe Island— were studied. Prevalence, total for each region host calculated. The between was analyzed. Mites found 39% lizards, identifying 2 species Eutrombicula araucanensis (prevalence 34.3%) Pterygosoma sp. 8.2%). No significant association size, found. areas that had higher were: femoral flank, although area only parasitized by E. araucanensis. We propose shape scales could be factor is directly influencing these Chile.
