摘要: In our previous paper (De Braekeleer and Dao 1994) we showed that most of the hereditary disorders present in French Canadian population Canada cluster eastern Quebec. Furthermore, probably were brought to Nouvelle-France seventeenth century by migrants coming from Perche, France. Here, analysis several historical, social, demographic factors shows that, rather than other provinces, Perche came a limited area settled Quebec, preferentially on north shore St. Lawrence River. They arrived earlier had larger descendance. However, only number found founding nucleus disorders. Further social system major consequences migration, marriage, kin network, family behavior. Therefore presence high frequency appear be result founder effect genetic drift.
