摘要: Objective To report on the first successful pregnancy performing preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) embryos obtained after combining natural IVF with in vitro maturation procedure. Design Case report. Setting University hospital. Patient(s) A 35-year-old patient polycystic ovaries who was attending fertility clinic. Intervention(s) In of immature oocytes and diagnosis. Main Outcome Measure(s) Preimplantation aneuploidy screening produced from Result(s) Thirteen two mature were collected, eight normally fertilized, which six biopsied for chromosome analysis. Two chromosomally normal transferred day 5, resulting birth a healthy child. Conclusion(s) This case demonstrates that an acceptable number can be generated procedure to perform PGD this approach extended patients or ovary syndrome are undergoing other diseases.
