摘要: The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of fraxetin on dearrangement in glycoprotein levels streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic model. Diabetes induced male Wistar rats by a single intraperitoneal injection STZ (40 mg/kg b.w). glycoproteins were altered experimental diabetes mellitus. Fraxetin (80 b.w) administered orally for 30 days. effects plasma glucose, insulin, and tissue studied. Oral administration days positively modulates glycemic status STZ-induced rats. glucose decreased with significant increase insulin level. components restored near normal. findings suggest that can potentially ameliorate abnormalities addition its antihyperglycemic diabetes. In light these advantageous results, it is advisable broaden scale use trial alleviate adverse
