摘要: We report a label-free peptide aptamer based biosensor for highly sensitive detection of TNT which was designed with ternary assembly layer consisting anti-TNT (peptamer), dithiothreitol (DTT), and 6-mercaptohexanol (MCH), forming Au/peptamer–DTT/MCH. A linear relationship between the change in electron transfer resistance logarithm concentration from 0.44 to 18.92 pM, limit 0.15 obtained. In comparison, aptasensor common binary (Au/peptamer/MCH) nM. The remarkable improvement could be ascribed crucial role layer, providing an OH-richer hydrophilic environment compact surface minimal defects, reducing non-covalent binding (physisorption) peptamer non-specific adsorption onto electrode surface, leading high sensitivity, can serve as general sensing platform fabrication other biosensors.
