摘要: We consider observational and theoretical estimates of the accretion disc viscosity parameter a. find that in thin, fully ionized discs, best evidence suggests a typical range ∼ 0.1-0.4, whereas relevant numerical simulations tend to derive for which are an order magnitude smaller. discuss possible reasons this apparent discrepancy.
