摘要: OPO's employing PPRTP operating in the spectral region of 1.55 /spl mu/m-3.4 mu/m are demonstrated. Signal energies 0.96 mJ generated with a total OPO efficiency reaching 40% 11 mm-long crystal. Effective nonlinearity is 9 pm/V.
