摘要: Bricks have a tradition dating back thousands of years. In recent developments, the structure bricks with high thermal insulation has been characterized by very portion big cavities and low web thickness. The may also be filled polystyrene or perlite. These heat insulating show extremely conductivity, however their strength values only amount to approx. 2-4 MPa. This paper describes an attempt develop brick properties higher strength. was attained through improved microstructure percentage volume pores lower large cavities. objective achieved modified manufacturing process, on one hand, and, other, improving texture addition special opening materials light-weight aggregates as well coating operations in process. resulting microstructures featured microporosity body porosity 65-70 % trimodal pore-size distribution. Minimum conductivity <0.2 W/m·K were at room temperature, together compressive ranging from 8 5 MPA. So it become possible attain coefficient approaching 0.1 W/m-K compression ≥4 MPa 16-hole rows wall thickness 24 cm.
