摘要: A system, method and computer readable medium for securely transmitting an information package (10) to addressee (190) via a network (108), wherein is not required have private-public key pair before the sent. sending system (102) encrypts with encryption (600) then decryption (601) escrow (380) obtained from manager (116). The encrypted are held in by server (104), until issued new public private (390,, 391). (104) decrypts (601), re-encrypts it addressee's (390), forwards re-encrypted receiving (106). (106) receives delivery (10).
