摘要: A process for producing an ethylene copolymer having a density of from 0.900 to 0.945 g/cm3 by copolymerizing in two steps predominant amount with minor alpha-olefin containing at least 3 carbon atoms room temperature not more than about 100° C. under pressure 1 100 kg/cm2 the presence catalyst composed (A) titanium component supported on magnesium compound and (B) organoaluminum compound; characterized that said copolymerization is carried out (i) first step where 0.01 50 g, per gram (A), polymerized, further comprising organic acid ester (C), then (ii) second final product formed times weight polymer step.
