摘要: Effects of Si supply on Mn toxicity symptoms, and concentrations in the leaf apoplast were studied a Mn-sensitive cowpea cultivar (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp., cv TVu 91) solution-culture experiments. When 1.44 mM was supplied concurrently with 50µM Mn, symptoms completely avoided without decreasing bulk-leaf concentration. Si-treated plants exhibited lower apoplastic washing fluids (AWF) higher amounts adsorbed cell walls compared treated absence supply. On other hand, distinct observed for pretreated then exposed to concurrent The severity these not significantly correlated concentration AWF but highly AWF. These results suggest that alleviated only by decrease also an interaction soluble phytotoxicity.
