Manipulation and Characterization of the Valley-Polarized Topological Kink States in Graphene-Based Interferometers.

摘要: Valley polarized topological kink states, existing broadly in the domain wall of hexagonal lattice systems, are identified experiments. Unfortunately, only very limited physical properties given. Using an Aharanov-Bohm interferometer composed walls graphene we study periodical modulation a pure valley current large range by tuning magnetic field or Fermi level. For monolayer device, there exists one state, and oscillation transmission coefficients has single period. The π Berry phase linear dispersion relation states can be extracted from data. bilayer two with periods. Our proposal provides experimentally feasible route to manipulate characterize valley-polarized classical wave electronic graphene-type crystalline systems.
