摘要: This invention relates to a compact cavity ring down spectrometer for detection and measurement of trace species in sample gas using tunable solid-state continuous-wave mid-infrared PPLN OPO laser or low-power continuous wave near-infrared diode with an algorithm reducing the periodic noise voltage decay signal which subjects data cluster analysis by averaging interquartile range data.
