摘要: In the food industry, it is frequently necessary to check quality of an ingredient decide whether use in production and/or have idea final possible contamination finished product. The current need quickly separate and identify relevant contaminants within different classes, often with legal residue limits on order 1–100 µg kg−1, has led for more effective analytical methods. With thousands organic compounds present complex matrices, development new solutions leaned towards simplified extraction/clean-up procedures chromatography coupled mass spectrometry. Efforts must also be made regarding instrumental phase overcome sensitivity/selectivity interferences. For this purpose, high-resolution full scan analysis spectrometry interesting alternative traditional tandem approach. A fast method extracting purifying bakery matrices was therefore developed combined exploitation ultra-high-pressure liquid (UHPLC) a Orbitrap Exactive™ spectrometer (HRMS). Extracts blank, naturally contaminated fortified minicakes, prepared through industrial pilot plant lines, were analyzed at concentration levels (1–100 µg kg−1) various contaminants: limit detection 10 µg kg−1 most analytes all categories analyzed, including pesticides, aflatoxins, trichothecene toxins veterinary drugs. The application accurate targeted screening described article demonstrates that single-stage HRMS instrumentation well equipped meet challenges posed by chemical both raw materials products.
