摘要: Abstract In this work, Niger seed oil biodiesel was tested as an emulsifier for diesel-ethanol (diesohol) blends at different percentage volumes. It found that all the fuel properties within specified ASTMD6751 standards. research aimed to study performance diesel engine operating on baseline diesohol–biodiesel (DE5B10, DE10B10, DE15B10, DE5B20, DE10B20 DE15B20) blends. prepared with 10 (v/v%) 20 highest brake thermal efficiency blend DE15B10 (11.19% higher than fuel) maximum loading condition, specific consumption be increased 8.42%, 11.66% 15.25% respectively DE15B20 comparison along lower decreased emissions compared fuel. revealed diesohol-biodiesel can employed alternative existing unmodified engines due improved emission characteristics.
