摘要: In this paper, we present an approach to perform electrochromatographic separations on poly(dimethylsiloxane) chips: a fused-silica capillary containing stationary phase was introduced directly into the chip. This would offer great flexibility since modification methods are well known, and thus, with kind of chip, different microfluidic devices having various functionalizations could be prepared. Electrophoretic were first achieved by integrating empty chip evaluate analytical performances system. They compared those obtained classical Finally, separation involving hexyl acrylate-based monolith performed. These preliminary results show promising.
