摘要: Investigations on Mycoplasma (M.) arthritidis polyarthritis of the rat produced by intravenous inoculation M. ISR 1 with special reference to persistence inoculated mycoplasma antigen were performed in a total 145 rats. The mycoplasmas demonstrated conventional culture technique as well an enzyme immune assay (EIA). was cultured from liver, kidney, spleen, and thymus up 4 days, trachea uterus weeks, lung, heart, brain, lymph nodes 2 months after infection. It could be recovered joints 70-80% animals 28 days remaining 20-30% 200 Using EIA mycoplasmal generally, also infected rats which had no longer been positive (10-20 weeks inoculation). investigations using showed reaction between antiserum against joint homogenates control rats, indicating presence common antigens tissues rat.
