INFLUENCE OF SWEET CORN HARVEST DATE ON SWEET CORN KERNEL CUTTING RESISTANCE

摘要: Summary. Sweet corn has a very short period of optimum harvest maturity, and quality changes rapidly near to following the peak. The objective this study was determine cutting resistance in dependence date sweet harvest. cobs were harvested 4 times every 2 days. Cutting determined dynamics conditions on specially prepared standing laboratory. Measurements realized 6 cm long pieces central part cobs. In from Ist IVth harvest, increased by about 58%.
