摘要: Summary The charts of 521 patients with cancer the oral cavity and clinically negative necks on initial examination were reviewed. No patient had complete elective treatment to neck. In 27.4 per cent neck was partially irradiated in conjunction primary lesion. 26 group nodal disease subsequently developed. Four whose lesion considered controlled died Complete is not advocated. Irradiation proximal lymphatics useful.
