摘要: Animal welfare has become an important subject of public, economic and political concern, leading to the need validate indicators that are feasible use at abattoirs. A systematic review was carried out, which identified 72 cattle (CWI) were classified into four categories (physiological, morphometric, behavioral meat quality). Their validity feasibility for in abattoirs evaluated as potential measures during transportation abattoir itself. Several highly valid useful assess abattoirs, including body condition score, human-animal interactions, vocalizations, falling, carcass bruising, pH. In addition, some intermediate should be investigated further. Information along food chain could used systematically provide a basis more-risk-based inspection. An integrated system based on key defined each inspection step with setting alarm thresholds implemented.
