摘要: A non-food anti-microbial-adhesion and aggregation composition comprising a suitable carrier an effective amount of adhesion inhibitory fraction isolated from juice berries the Vaccinium) plant genus (Fig. 1). In embodiment anti-aggregation is cranberry juice. It characterized as being polymeric having molecular weight ≥14,000; elemental analysis carbon 43-51 %, hydrogen 4-5 no nitrogen, sulfur chlorine; nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) line spectrum set forth in Figures 2A 2B; ultraviolet with absorption peak at 280 nm neutral or acidic pH solution which absent alkali solutions. This exhibits activity against P fimbriated bacteria, oral bacteria Helicobacter pylori.
