Biological control of the rootknot nematode, Meloidogyne javanica (Chitwood) using Bacillus isolates, on soybean

摘要: Abstract In this study, the biocontrol potential of Bacillus isolates was investigated in laboratory and greenhouse experiments. Five out 70 bacterial from root-zone crops a goat pasture caused second stage juvenile (J2) mortality greater than 50% vitro after 24 h. Three five selected (BC27, BC29 BC31) which were isolated J2 80% at 108 spores ml−1 24 h, with BC27 causing 100% 3 h. Seed treatment soybean Isolates reduction rootknot galling egg mass counts (P ≤ 0.0001) also significant increase shoot weight (P ≤ 0.0001), when compared to Control. Blast analysis revealed that two select isolates, BC29, had similar sequences spp. T2 KT18, as listed on Gen-Bank, respectively.
