摘要: A retrospective analysis of a series 162 patients treated for isolated chest wall recurrence breast cancer after mastectomy was undertaken. Cumulative survival, distant relapse-free and freedom from local progression 5 years the diagnosis were 34%, 28%, 45% respectively. Five prognostic factors influenced survival: axillary node status, primary T stage, length disease-free interval, number size recurrences. Four control: Patients with three or more, out five, favorable fared much better than those two less: 75% versus 15% survival at years. Our findings suggest that it is possible to identify group distinctly good medium-term control disease.
