摘要: The parameters in the B and C matrices represent potential interactions between functional groups or an external driver a group. All were allowed to occur if data supported parameter. Model selection was conducted by iteratively fitting every possible combination of B-matrix selecting model with lowest AICc (Ives et al. 2003; Viscido Holmes, 2010; Holmes Ward 2012). most reduced would contain only density-dependent terms (diagonal B-matrix) while full had estimated parameter for interaction B-matrix. Parameters complete matrix drivers (C-matrix) fit due computing constraints. A single survey require over million runs work through matrices, which simply not feasible.
