摘要: Advances in micro and nano fabrication technologies have enabled of smaller more sensitive devices for applications not only solid-state physics but also medicine biology. The demand that can precisely transport material, specifically fluids are continuously increasing. Therefore, integration various with numerous functionalities one single device is important. Scanning probe microscope (SPM) such has evolved from atomic force imaging to a variety microscopes by integrating different physical chemical mechanisms. In this article, we review particular class SPM suited fluid dispensing. We their methods, fluid-pumping mechanisms, real-time monitoring dispensing, droplet characterization. Some the examples where these probes already been applied described. Finally, conclude an outlook future scope femtolitre or volumes liquid handling needed.
