摘要: The early development of seedlings from canola seeds treated with MgSO4, P. putida GR12-2 or its mutant GR12-2/acd68 lacking ACC deaminase activity (seed inoculation), the growth planted in soil containing one these treatments (soil inoculation) was assessed. Root and shoot lengths, fresh dry wt, chlorophyll protein contents shoots were monitored unstressed control growing a saline exposed to cold night temperatures. Under all conditions including salt temperature stress, wild-type bacterium, but not mutant, promoted root growth, those experiments which treatment added soil, bacterium growth.
